That all depends on the kind of requirements you have. For neck joint service/clipping path services we prefer to provide you the image in JPEG format (pretty common format for most photos). However for techniques like masking (a more advanced process) we can offer a PNG, PSD or a TIFF file as well. If those options do not work we will be happy to work out what format you do need.
Absolutely! All our customers are eligible to apply for a free "edit" to see what amazing services we provide. Once you are then ready to have work done (standard or bulk) we can discuss pricing and project needs.
This all depends on the kind of project you have. The more complex a project the more time it may take. But with our free upfront pricing quotes, you will know what timeframe to expect and at what cost. In general our usual turnaround time for a project is 24 hours. Please note that if the project exceeds 100 or more images or is more elaborate, you can expect it to be completed in a 48 to 72 hour timeframe.
We accept all file formats including JPEG, TIFF, RAW and EPS. We do however recommend sending us the file in JPEG format for the best results. No need to worry if you do not have JPEG or do not know for sure what file format it is. You can send us whatever format you have!
Yes. You can rest assured that your files are safe as each account has a separate username and password, all unique to you. All FTP accounts are created on our server.
No. But please keep in mind that the maximum size limit for an online uploader is 10 MB. If the file is bigger than 10MB you may use the dropbox.com or wetranfer.com, sendspace.com or FTP system.

Yes. Our dedicated and professional staff are aware that your photos are personal and no part of the project is to be used for any other purpose other than editing. We maintain a secure firewall for both our outbound and inbound work to ensure your project's safety. We stay current with the latest anti-virus software to ensure that our systems stay safe for ourselves and our customers.
We hope that never happens but in the rare case that it does we can assure you that our team of highly professional designers make sure they provide quality work on time, every time. If however you are not completely satisfied you can let us know and we will make it right and re-edit the work at no extra charge. We want to get it just right!
At this time we accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Sure! If your ongoing work request spans a extended period of time we can set up a payment plan for you. With custom invoicing we would allow you the option to check the work before you submit payment.
No. Once a project is submitted and approved by our customers we destroy all the content in relation to that file/project. No images are used without your written consent.
